If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team within 2 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will assess your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item or a suitable resolution.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

Products damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse.

Products with missing or altered serial numbers.

 

4. Return Process for Damaged or Defective Products

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 15 business days.

 

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
